These terms and conditions apply when you place an order with us at store.ef.com/EU. The agreement is made in English between the customer and EF’s selected supplier Exakt Stockholm AB, organization number 556706-6161.
Agreement and Order
Orders are placed via the website store.ef.com/EU (EF Merchandise Store), and by doing so you accept our terms and conditions. Upon payment, an order confirmation is sent to the customer, and an agreement between the Customer and EF Merchandise Store is thereby concluded.
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, payment, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at customerservice@exakt.se.
Product Information
EF Merchandise Store reserves the right for any errors in product descriptions, specifications, incorrect prices, or incorrect information regarding product availability. The shop has the right to correct such errors, change or update the information on the website, and continuously make product changes and improvements. The shop also reserves the right for items being sold out and for any image or text errors on EF.exakt.se.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe.
STRIPE
Stripe is a secure and simple payment method. When you pay for your order by credit card directly in the EF Merchandise Store, the payment services are provided by Stripe. Your payment is processed directly on the Payments page, meaning you are not redirected to an external payment service. By paying for your order with Stripe, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions, which you can read here.

We reserve the right to adjust prices caused by supplier price changes, printing errors in price lists, or inaccuracies due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to adjust prices.
At the time of order, the prices stated on the website apply unless otherwise expressly agreed. If EF Merchandise Store makes price changes after your order has been placed, it does not affect your order—the price at the time of purchase applies.
Delivery
Delivery is made via preferred Shipping Partners according to their terms for the service. We do not compensate for delivery delays. If your product is damaged or items are missing, this must be reported immediately to EF Merchandise Store. Additional information on this can be found under sections 6 and 7.
Complaints
EF Merchandise Store follows the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) and consumer rights recommendations according to Konsumentverket (the Swedish Consumer Agency). A customer who wishes to claim a defect in a product must do so as soon as possible after the defect is discovered via this form. For the complaint to be valid, it must be made within a reasonable time after the customer noticed the defect. If the buyer shows that the quality of the delivered product is defective in any respect, EF Merchandise Store undertakes to first replace such goods or, secondarily, refund the customer. The customer bears the cost of returning the defective goods. Refunds made by card will be refunded to the same card used at payment. Complaints are reported here.
Right of Withdrawal/Returns Online
When shopping via EF Merchandise Store, the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act and the Consumer Sales Act apply. Please note that all products currently offered on EF Merchandise Store are produced On Demand. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply since manufactured goods, such as Print on Demand, are produced according to your specific order. If EF Merchandise Store chooses to offer other products in the future, these will grant the customer the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the item or ordering a service without giving any specific reason. If such products are added, it will be clearly stated in the checkout process. If you wish to return products from an order, click here to register your return and follow the instructions.

Please Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply for products that are not stocked and manufactured per your order. Notify EF Merchandise Store by registering your return here within 14 days of purchase and then return the item within 30 days. Please note that a receipt/order confirmation is required. The item must be complete and returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the Customer are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. We recommend that you send the product back in the same packaging you received it in, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment resulting from negligence, such as inadequate packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 30 days from when we have received and inspected your item. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, including any labels. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product’s original value in cases where the product is used or damaged. In such cases, we will always contact you first. Refunds are made to the same card used for the purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Manufactured goods, such as Print on Demand, produced based on your order. Custom-made products produced or tailored specifically for you or with a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Disputes
If you as a customer have complaints or opinions regarding EF Merchandise Store’s services or products, contact EF Merchandise Store at customerservice@exakt.se. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer advisor, “Hallå konsument,” or Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). If you wish to cancel your order, this can only be done for products in stock (not products that are made on order) before the goods have left our warehouse/supplier. To cancel your order, contact customerservice@exakt.se. If your order has already left the supplier’s warehouse, your case will be handled as a return, provided the product is eligible for return—see section 7 for more information.
Agreement
Sales are made only to persons over 18 years of age. When you place your order, a purchase agreement is concluded between you and EF Merchandise Store. A confirmation is sent by email to the address you provided when ordering. If any errors occur regarding delivery time or other circumstances, EF Merchandise Store reserves the right to change this afterward. In individual cases, EF Merchandise Store may refuse or modify an order (for example, if the customer has provided incorrect personal information).
Privacy and Security
When registering and placing an order, you provide personal information such as name, address, email, and phone number. This means that you consent to us storing and using your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you.
Personal Data
By shopping at EF Merchandise Store, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We value your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or share your information with third parties other than as stated in these terms without legal grounds. EF Merchandise Store is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed to manage your order and, when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to tailor marketing to your individual needs.
